Our Process

Step One: Request a Quote

Contact us or email Sales@Levelupmerchgroup.com to discuss your order needs and request a quote. We’ll find out what kind of merchandise you require, sizes, quantities, and artwork.

Step Two: Approve Artwork

Once we have the scope of work, including the artwork, we will review to determine colors as well as submit an artwork approval as needed. **If the artwork is submitted through one of our web stores, there is no additional approval process.

Step Three: We Send A Quote

After artwork approval, we will then find the right material that we have in stock and deliver a quote via email.

Step Four: We Get To Work

Once the quote is approved and the deposit is paid, we get to work immediately and will either ship the products or have it available for pickup.
