If someone were to Google custom merchandise and promotional items, they would get more results than bargained for. In today’s world, it is not hard to find someone somewhere who can fulfill an order of T-shirts or design a promotional item or stitch an emblem onto a handbag. With today’s technology, it also isn’t hard to find a DIY design site to have custom items printed/fulfilled based on that design.
Just because these options exist doesn’t mean that the process and delivery are exceptional from these companies. The clients who come to us usually have a goal that’s set in motion already: they’ve already put together the plan for their marketing campaign; they’ve already hired employees; they are ready to begin fundraising; they are ready to sell their designs... If there is a bottleneck with production and fulfillment, their reputation becomes tainted, postponed, and perhaps even damaged.
